Terms of service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These terms govern the use of the RewardMeNow platform by subscribing merchants and, for the provisions that concern them, by loyalty card holders.

1.Purpose of the service

RewardMeNow provides a SaaS loyalty platform allowing merchants to create digital loyalty cards (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and a web card), enroll customers via QR code, award points and rewards, and send notifications related to their program.

2.Merchant account

Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. The merchant is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity performed from their account, including by the cashiers they authorize. RewardMeNow may suspend any account in case of breach of these terms or fraudulent use.

3.Free trial

The 7-day free trial gives full access to the Pro plan's features with no commitment and no credit card. When the trial ends, the merchant chooses to add a payment method and stay on Pro, or switch to Starter; without a choice, the account becomes read-only until one is made. Data created during the trial is retained.

4.Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD), monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan, at the public prices displayed on the Pricing page. The annual subscription equals ten months of the monthly price. Non-payment leads, after a reminder, to account suspension. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

5.Merchant obligations

The merchant agrees to use notifications only in connection with their loyalty program, to comply with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law in their relationship with their customers, not to send unlawful, misleading or offensive content, and to honor the rewards promised in their catalog.

6.Service availability

RewardMeNow strives to keep the platform continuously available. Planned or emergency maintenance interruptions may occur. Cards already installed in Wallets remain presentable offline even if the platform is unavailable.

7.Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, its code and its interfaces remain the exclusive property of RewardMeNow. The merchant retains ownership of their brand, logo and content, and grants RewardMeNow a license limited to reproducing them on the cards and materials generated by the service.

8.Liability

RewardMeNow is bound by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for content sent by merchants to their customers, nor for indirect damages. In any event, RewardMeNow' liability is capped at the amounts paid by the merchant over the last twelve months.

9.Termination

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard, effective at the end of the current period. The annual subscription can be cancelled at its renewal date. The merchant can export their data before closure; after closure, it is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls, absent an amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
